Victorian-inspired Wedding Skirt
Chelsea needed a bustled late-Victorian-style skirt to go with the beautiful corset top she found for her wedding. I don’t normally work with client-provided fabric, but this project was special because it was for a friend and the fabric had been hand-dyed by her dad.
