Alice brought be some nifty vintage textiles this past weekend. There was just enough of the drawn threadwork placemat/table-runner to get two little newborn shirts cut out from The Tudor Child. Which is perfect, since, well, twins. With a little creative cutting, I managed to keep the drawn threadwork along the sleeves. Not sure how spunky I’m feeling–maybe I’ll add a little at the hem. But probably, I’ll just make them lacy.
