Here’s a visual guide your ladies-in-waiting can refer to when they get confused helping you get it on correctly:
Store the overskirt uncinched so it stays a little less wrinkly. Put it on and fasten the bottom hook.
Find the side cinching strings (just past the fluffy tulle.
Pull tight and tie a bow. Repeat on opposite side.
About 10 inches from the bow, there’s another string. These strings bustle the back.
Tie them in a large and tight bow (on the outside is fine).
Grab the bow loops and bring them up under skirt, pulling the skirt back out and over them.
Place the loops over the button.
Fasten the top hook.
Find the tiny hook at the center of the back opening.
Hook it into the thread loop right at the bottom of the waistband.
Fluff as needed.
