A promise is a promise. The husband requested this over 2 years ago, along with matching garb for himself. And I told him if he found me patterns, I would do it.
He came through with the now-defunct Histvarld site (see it archived here–it’s pretty cool!). And this adorable kid from Pinterest as inspiration/emotional blackmail.
I decided, since he’s super-skinny, that this outfit from the Histvarld site would work best for him. Bonus: the pants look almost like 16th century slops, so they may do double duty.
